Aditya Ganju is a Partner at AG Chambers, having 15 years of experience. His practice has a strong focus towards commercial and infrastructure disputes. At AG Chambers, Aditya represents several high-profile clients in a variety of disputes, amongst others, relating to infrastructure, energy, EPC construction disputes, intellectual property, company matters, foreign exchange regulations, property disputes, policy matters, election disputes, domain name disputes, white-collar crimes, consumer disputes, etc. to name a few.

He regularly represents clients in several international and domestic arbitration matters. He also possesses a wide range of experience in handling commercial litigations before various Courts and Tribunals.

Aditya is a trusted advisor and dispute specialist for several corporates, including leading infrastructure companies. He is also an active member of various arbitration groups and associations.

Before setting up AG Chambers, Aditya was a Partner at Khaitan & Co, and worked at Khaitan and Co. for over a decade, handling several international and institutional arbitrations/disputes. Before Khaitan & Co, he worked in the chambers of Mr T.K Ganju, Senior Advocate, and prior thereto, with Fox & Mandal, Delhi NCR office.

Aditya’s fora of practice include the Supreme Court, High Court, Arbitral Tribunals constituted under Rules of ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, etc. Aditya also represents clients in Singapore’s Internation Commercial Court and the Court of App.

Pallavi Shali

Pallavi Shali, Partner, at AG Chambers.

Pallavi Shali is a Partner at AG Chambers with 12 years of experience. She has vast experience in advising both multinational and domestic clients on various contentious and non-contentious matters, from a pragmatic and commercial perspective. Her key areas of practice include real estate, arbitration, commercial litigation, family disputes and insolvency matters. She has advised and represented innumerable clients in varied industries/sectors, such as hospitality, banking and finance, oil and gas, infrastructure companies etc.

She has vast experience in advising and representing clients before forums including the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities.

She also possesses experience of being on the panel of lawyers representing Union of India and DDA before the Delhi High Court. She is also an active member in various arbitration societies and an active contributor for publications and journals.

Prior to AG Chambers, she was associated with DSK Legal and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. Before that she worked under the tutelage of Mr. Sanjay Jain, Senior Advocate who was then the Additional Solicitor General of India and honed her skills in litigation. She has also worked as a Law Researcher under Hon’ble Justice Veena Birbal at High Court of Delhi. She earned her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.

Ritika Ganju

Ritika is a Counsel specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, regulatory and general corporate advisory related matters. She has 18 years of experience in advising, assisting and representing national and multinational companies (including Fortune 500 companies) in a wide range of commercial transactions including cross border and domestic M & A and investments, restructuring, joint venture arrangements and several business arrangements/projects across various business sectors such as automotive, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, food and beverage and information technology.

As a large part of Ritika’s practice, she regularly advises clients on wide array of general corporate advisory and regulatory matters ranging from advice on company law and corporate governance, compliance processes, procedures and inquiries, employment related issues, contract law, competition law, foreign exchange regulations, anti-bribery laws and other sector specific regulations.

She has been advising multinationals, specifically in the automotive and healthcare & life sciences sector on wide array of commercial matters ranging from M & A and joint venture transactions to niche regulatory issues.

Ritika has acquired extensive corporate and commercial law experience while working with top tier Indian firms namely, Phoenix Legal, JSA and Khaitan & Khaitan.

​Ritika has contributed to the World Bank’s Doing Business in India project for several years and was actively involved in discussions with the Ministry of Law & Justice with an agenda to improve India’s ranking. Ritika is a regular speaker at various events focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory issues. She has regularly and actively contributed to various forums and journals on corporate, employment law and automotive industry related issues. Her articles have been published in Indian Business Law Journal, Mondaq, Economic Times of India (ET HRWorld), Asian MENA Counsel magazine, Financer Worldwide (UK) and Finance Monthly.
